VoicePad – Listing Info via Cell Phone
December 15, 2008
I wanted to take a moment and let everyone know about a new tidbit of technology that my office has made available. Most of the top brokerages in town have developed a “hot line” system that lets you dial in and hear the basic info about a home they have listed. The Price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc. are all given to you via your cell phone as a recording. The problem with these systems is that each one is different! So each time you call on a new sign, you have someone new trying to contact you. The systems in the past also didn’t give you a way to track what houses you were interested in. All of that has changed now.
Everyone’s favorite radio station is WII-FM (What’s In It For Me) Here are the high points!
- One number to information about ALL listings in the Greater Louisville Association of Louisville MLS system.
- Privacy – Once you register your number with me and use the one number system, you won’t get annoying sales calls. I’ll simply follow up via email, once a month.
- Tracking – Each home that you call and request information on will be emailed to you so that you can follow up later, at your leisure.
- Price Reduction Alert – Have your eye on a home, but it is out of your price range? You’ll get an alert if the price has been reduced.
- What else do you really need? No, seriously, if we can make the system better, we will. So your feedback is important.
Use the simple form below to get started. You’ll receive a registration email with the dial in phone number once you register.
